The WVPMA Fall Conference brings together West Virginia’s top pest control companies for two days of business & management programs. WVPMA welcomes your business, and offers supplier companies customized sponsorship opportunities, to gain exposure and recognition with top customers. The following opportunities are available on a first-come/first-served basis.

REGISTER TO EXHIBIT!
Education Program Sponsor - $600
- Three minutes to address the audience before morning session begins on day one or two
- One exclusive e-blast (content provided by sponsor) sent to all members/attendees
- Recognition as Education Program Sponsor on all promotional materials including on-site materials
- One page company flyer to be included in attendee registration materials (provided by sponsor)
- Access to attendee list following the conclusion of the conference. Attendee list will be sent in an excel format and includes, names, company info, phone numbers, and emails
Luncheon Sponsor - $500 (two available)
- Three minutes to address the audience before or during the luncheon on day one or two
- Recognition as a Conference Sponsor on all promotional materials including on-site materials
- Access to attendee list following the conclusion of the conference. Attendee list will be sent in an excel format and includes, names, company info, phone numbers, and emails
- Opportunity to distribute one (1) promotional item (provided by sponsor) to attendees during the lunch event
Breakfast Sponsor - $400 (two available)
- Recognition as a Conference Sponsor on all promotional materials including on-site materials
- Access to attendee list following the conclusion of the conference. Attendee list will be sent in an excel format and includes, names, company info, phone numbers, and emails
- Opportunity to distribute one (1) promotional item (provided by sponsor) to attendees during the breakfast event
Refreshment Break Sponsor - $350 (four available)
- Recognition as a Conference Sponsor on all promotional materials including on-site materials
- Access to attendee list following the conclusion of the conference. Attendee list will be sent in an excel format and includes, names, company info, phone numbers, and emails
Exhibitor Only - $250 each (unlimited)
- One full conference registration (additional booth personnel are $50)
- One tabletop display
