The West Virginia Pest Management Association is excited to announce the Annual Fall Conference! We hope you can join us on September 16-17, 2025, at the Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, West Virginia. This event combines top-level technical and business training courses into one program, making it ideal for pest management professionals of all levels. Connect with other professionals to earn valuable continuing education credits (CEUs), learn about the latest advancements in pest management, and gain valuable business insights from industry experts.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be made on the following schedule. All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to meetingsteam@pestworld.org.
 
More than 31 days before the first day of the event: 100% refund
Within 25-31 days before the first day of the event: 75% refund
Within 18-24 days before the first day of the event: 50% Refund
Within 11-17 days before the first day of the event: 25% Refund
Within 10 or less days out: No refund
 

EARN RECERTIFICATION CREDITS

Credits have been submitted in KY, OH, MD, PA, WV, and VA.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS 

WVPMA Fall Conference attendees will receive a discounted room rate. Attendees can book online or call the Reservations Team at 1-304-269-7400 and reference WVPMA to receive the group rates.

Reserve your room by August 25, 2025, to receive the discounted room rate of $189 (plus resort fee, taxes, and fees). After August 25, rooms and rates are subject to change. There is a $16 resort fee per room/per night & $2 park enhancement fee per room/per night.
